His brother Norman Ellis Thompson is listed in W84.30 on page 16

2nd Lieut. Thompson is remembered in Whitley Bay on W84.01, W84.28, in Barnard Castle on B135.04 and B135.20 and in the D.L.I. Book of Remembrance page 122
