Plaque with half circular raised top. There is a border of oak leaves. At centre top is the badge of the Durham Light Infantry. Lettering is in a mix of fonts.

Walter George Craig, Lieut. 11th D.L.I.
Who died on 5th November 1918
While a prisoner of war in Germany
Aged 27 years.
