In Gomiecourt South Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of 65281 Private T.W. Vyse, serving with the King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry who died 25/08/1918.

In Tynemouth (Preston) Cemetery is the family headstone for Vyse which reads:

In Loving Memory of
Pte. T.W. Vyse
K.O.Y.L.I.
killed in action 25th August 1918
in his 19th year
Also Adam, his brother
died in infancy.
Also Adam Vyse,
father of the above
died 13th April 1961, aged 83 years
and of Margaret,
his dear wife
died 3rd July 1965, aged 86 years.
