In Bayeux War Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of PLY/X 104090 Marine John Tully, serving with the Royal Marines who died 06/06/1944.

In Longbenton (Dudley) Cemetery is a family headstone which reads:

In loving memory of
Gillis
dear son of Robert & Martha Tully
died Sept. 12th 1947, aged 22 years.
Also our dear son Jack,
killed in action June 6th 1944, aged 22 years
buried in Bayeux Cemetery, France.
Also the above Robert Tully
died July 2nd 1966, aged 74 years.
Also the above Martha,
died June 23rd 1975, aged 75 years.
