In Chapelle British Cemetery, Holnon is the Commonwealth War Grave of 47121 Private Alexander Bainbridge, serving with the West Yorkshire (Prince of Wales's Own) who died 17/09/1918.

In St. Margaret's Churchyard extension is a family headstone which reads:

John Bainbridge, of Causey Park
who died Jan. 17th 1931,
aged 70 years.
John, dearly beloved husband of the above
Died Dec. 18th 1933 aged 68 years.
Thomas, dearly beloved son of the above
Missing in Dardanelles June 4th 1915
Aged 21 years.
Alexander , dearly beloved son of the above
Missing in France Sept. 15th 1918
Aged 21 years.
At rest

His brother Thomas also fell.
