In Bailleul Communal Cemetery Extension, Nord, France, is the Commonwealth War Grave of 16067 Private Cyril Thompson Nattress serving with the 13th Battalion Durham Light Infantry who died 13/02/1916.

Son of Albert and Annie Nattress, of 23, Park View, West Moor, Forest Hall, Newcastle-on-Tyne.

In All Saints Churchyard is a family headstone which reads:-

In loving memory
of
Isabella
beloved wife of
Nicholas Nattress
who died Jan. 28th 1912
aged 70 years
Also of the above
Nicholas Nattress
who died Feb. 12th 1917
aged 72 years
Also of Cyril their grandson
who was killed in action in France
Feb. 13th 1916 aged 22 years

Cyril Thompson Nattress is remembered at Killingworth on K9.01 as C.T. Nattrass, in Sacriston as "Nattress" on S113.04 and S113.07

He is also remembered in The DLI Book of Remembrance page 26 as T.C. Nattress
