Memorial Description

Plaque. There is a wide frame with orbs on top at both sides. The top line of the title is in a shallow arc. The names are listed in two columns, those for 1914-18 on the left and those 1939-45 on the right. Lettering is handpainted in gold Roman capitals.
There is a shelf below.
