Unveiled 12th February 1922 by J.W. McRobert a Life Deacon. Dedicated by Rev. Thomas Rook MA of Derby.

Memorial Description

Plaque in wood frame with slight dome at centre top. There is a border with string pattern. The words “Congregational Church” are in an arc to follow the shape of the dome. The names of those who fell are in four columns below the dedication, followed by a poem. The names of those who returned are listed in five columns underneath this. Lettering is in Roman capitals, with sans serif capitals for ranks and italics for the quotation.
