Memorial Description
Plaque 38cm high x 66cm wide, very plain, with carved raised edge. The letters are incised and painted blue using Roman capitals throughout.

Notes
1. Faculty states that the memorial was to have been of brass. There seems to have been some confusion, because the architect made a design for stone. The design for this was considered four times before permission to erect it was granted. There was considerable delay and correspondence before the memorial was finally erected.
