Unveiled 23rd October 1922 by the Mayor Coun. Walter Raine dedicated by Rev. J.T. Brown.

Memorial Description

Plaque 2 feet 4 inches high x 1 foot 8 inches wide. There is a very plain single line border. At the top is a wreath raised in half relief. Names are listed in two columns. Lettering is in elaborate capitals for the dedication, the rest is in Roman capitals.
