Unveiled 29th June 1921 by Mr. J.A. Kennedy dedicated by Rev. J. Miller Craig.

Memorial Description

Plaque 4 feet 6 inches high x 2 feet 6 inches wide with pointed top and moulded frame. At centre top is a crown.
The names of the fallen are listed in two columns with date of death beside, those who served are in listed in three columns. All lettering is incised and gilded using Roman capitals

1. Matthew Struan Robertson Captain 9th Bn Gordon Highlanders Killed in Action March 2nd 1916, is also remembered in the Sunderland Roll of Honour.

2. James Horan Robertson Lieut 7th Bn Black Watch (According to Church Plaque)
Official Records state 8th Bn Black Watch attached to 11th Bn and Killed in Action July 18th 1916, is also remembered on the Sunderland Roll of Honour.
