Memorial Description

Plaque with rounded top and moulded edge. At centre top are the regimental badges of the Durham Light Infantry, the Scots Guards and the Gordon Highlanders.
The details of the dedication at the bottom are on a raised section with a thistle on either side. All lettering is in raised Roman capitals.

1. When the Sunderland Club closed, the building was occupied by a law firm. It is now (2014) occupied by Milltech, a training company, and Newton Lee Insurance.
