Memorial Description

Roll of Honour 30 inches high x 18 inches wide behind glass set into a wood frame 4 inches wider. There is a green border of laurel wreaths with gold ribbon. At centre top is a laurel wreath with Union flag over which runs a ribbon with the words “For King and Country”. The name of the Church is in red lettering with illuminated capitals.
The names are handwritten in three columns divided by vertical lines. Seven of the names are underlined, and presumably were those killed in action. Three others have honours written beside them in red.
At the bottom is a section devoted to Mercantile Marine and H.M. Transport Service.
