Memorial Description

Plaque on oak pattress. There is a single line border which culminates in a square in each corner surrounding the bolt head. Lettering is in Gothic lower case for the dedication, elongated Roman capitals for the name and details, and sans serif capitals for the details of the erection.

Brass plaque, oak pattress.

To the glory of God and in memory of
Pte. Thomas Smith Pratt
1/22nd London Regiment
who gave his life for his country,
16th October1918
Erected to his memory by
the Members of the Choir.
