Unveiled October 1921 by Cllr. T.N. Arkle, Chairman, Gosforth Urban District Council; dedicated by Rev. John Wilkinson, Vicar of Gosforth.

Memorial Description

Plaque 3 feet wide by 2 feet high set in a frame 3 inches wide all round. There is a wide patterned border of curled lines.
The names are in archaic script, the rest is a mixture of sans serif capitals and Roman lower case, all in white lettering.

Art bronze in a wood frame.
