Memorial Description
Plaque approx. 15 inches high x 15 inches wide (381 mm x 381 mm), heart-shaped. The lettering is in sans serif capitals.

Notes
This church was formerly the Primitive Methodist Church. For a while, the building was used as a warehouse. Then the three Methodist (High Street Wesleyan and Percy Street) churches united to become Trinity Methodist.
The church underwent complete refurbishment 1998-2000. The memorial is awaiting re-erection when a decision has been made where to put it.
