CHEVINGTON

Burn, J., Pte., 1918
In Lowrie Cemetery, Havrincourt is the Commonwealth War Grave of 29/77 Private John Burn, serving with the Northumberland Fusiliers who died 27/09/1918.

He was born at Broomhill, the son of Thomas and Margaret Burn of South Broomhill. He enlisted in Newcastle.

There is a family headstone in Chevington Cemetery.
