The following Remembrance Tribute was paid to him in the Blyth News 06/06/1921:
"Haggerty - In loving remembrance of our dear son, Fred Haggerty, of 130 Hawthorn Road, Ashington, killed in action June 5th, 1917. Interred in Northumberland British Cemetery, Arras.
We have stood by his grave in France,
With hearts both crushed and sore.
Yet through the gloom we seemed to hear his sweet voice say
'Not lost to you, dear ones, but only gone a little while before.'
Always fondly remembered by his father, mother and brothers."
Frederick Haggerty is remembered at Ashington on A17.01 (A17.27), A17.28, A17.29, and A17.30
