Hall, P., Pte., 1915
In Alexandria (Chatby) Military and War Memorial Cemetery, Egypt is the Commonwealth War Grave of 269 Private Philip Hall, serving with the Australian Infantry, Australian Imperial Force, who died 16/05/1915.

His story is told in Tyne and Tweed the Journal of the Association of Northumberland Local History Societies, Volume 65 October 2011 page 19 “Amble to Alexandria”

Philip Hall is also remembered in Bamburgh on B3.01 B3.02 B3.05 and B3.11 and at Newcastle-upon-Tyne on NUT098
