On a window sill inside St. Michael's Church is a wood grave marker for:

7/2745 Pte. A. Jeffrey
7/ N.Fus.
27/3/16

An accompanying letter from the Commonwealth War Graves reads:
"Private A Jeffrey, 7/2745, 7th Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers died on 27 March 1916, age 23 and is buried in Plot 3, Row E, Grave 8 in Railway Dugouts Burial Ground (Transport Farm), Zillebeke, Belgium. He was the son of Isabella Jeffrey of Morpeth, Northumberland, and the late John Wardle Jeffrey.
Railway Dugouts Burial ground lies about 1.5 kilometres south-east of Ypres (now Ieper) and the same distance west of the village of Zillebeke."

Andrew Jeffrey is remembered at Felton on F14.01, F14.02 and F14.10
