Morpeth Herald 07/09/1917 carries a brief obituary:

Mr and Mrs A. Inglis, Howick Street, Alnwick, have received official information that their son, Private Andrew Inglis, K.O.S.B., has been killed in action. He had been missing since July 21st.

He is remembered at Alnwick on A11.01, A11.03 and A11.09
