He was the fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. D.G. Snowdon,and was 26 years of age.
He was secretary of the Sunday School when he joined the R.A.M.C.
He volunteered for the 2/20th Battalion London Regiment, and was sent to France. He was killed in action at Ecoivres, near Mont S. Eloi, on September 19th, 1916.
He will ever be remembered for his gentlemanly manners and fine character.
