Colin Boyd has provided the following:
George was born on 3rd December 1893. He was working as a labourer living with his father, James at 63, Thames Street, Wallsend when he enlisted in the Royal Naval Division on 5th November 1914.
George joined the 4th Platoon , "A" Company of the Collingwood Battalion on 4th February 1915 and was posted as missing, later reported killed in action in Gallipoli on 4th June 1915.
George McAlees Tucker is remembered in Wallsend on W7.03, W7.09 and W7.21
