Samuel Little. 1st/2nd Durham Fortress Coy. Royal Engineers. Born Jarrow 1894. Lived and enlisted Jarrow. Son of Walter and Susan Little (nee McDonald)
He was badly injured in the German raid on Hartlepool on the 16th December 1914 and died the following day.
