In Chocques Military Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of 66034 Gunner Edwin Davison, serving with the Royal Field Artillery who died 22/09/1915.

The Consett Guardian 02/06/1916 reports:

Davison, Edwin, of Gateshead, gunner in R.F.A., wounded in action and died of same in October 1915.

He is remembered at Wingate on W121.02 and W121.13
