Ferris, A., Pte., 1918
In St.Souplet British Cemetery is the Commonwealth War Grave of 95260 Private Arthur Ferris, serving with the Durham Light Infantry who died 23/10/1918.

In St.Cuthbert's Churchyard is a family headstone for Ferris which reads:

Affectionate memories of Mary the beloved wife of John George Ferris who died August 22nd 1937 aged 75 years, also the aforesaid George Ferris who died April 11th 1946 aged 85 years, also their son Arthur Ferris who was killed in action October 23rd 1918 aged 19 years.
