Eldest son of S. and B. Rogers
His brother Denis Alan age 20
Pilot Officer R.A.F. was lost
on operations 31st March 1941.

Sgt. Rogers was serving with 9 Squadron. He was a crew member of Wellington III X3643 WS- which took off from Honington on mission to Essen. The aircraft turned back with problems and crashed at Harleston, killing all the crew.
