Burke, T., Pte., 1916
In Flers A.I.F. Burial Ground is the Commonwealth war Grave of 22/284 Private Thomas Burke, serving with the Durham Light Infantry who died 14/11/1916.

This is included in a booklet on the names on the Wolsingham Cenotaph compiled by Morris Ward which also states that his last known occupation was as a Moulder's Labourer at Wolsingham Steelworks.

He is remembered in Wolsingham on W128.01, W128.02 and W128.05 and in the D.L.I. Book of Remembrance page 316
