Son of Albert and Elizebeth Allison; husband of Gladys Allison, of South Church.

Sgt. Allison was killed when Bristol Beaufighter 1f V8272 of 141 Squadron crashed near Duncton, West Sussex, with the loss of both crew members.
Also killed in the same incident was Sgt. K. Milburn
John Robert Reginald Allison is remembered at Bishop Auckland on B140.01 and B140.12
