Plaque 10 inches high x 14 inches wide (254mm x 355mm) with raised edge in a mosaic surround beneath a mosaic picture of St. George, set in a recess to the left of the altar. At centre top of the plaque is a cross. Lettering is in raised elaborate capitals.
