Pulpit stair rail, with a plaque 4 inches high by 5 inches wide (104 mm x 126 mm) mounted on the newel post. The lettering is painted by hand using sans serif capitals throughout.

Oak rail, metal plaque.

who passed to his rest Nov.1924

George Alexander ('Lex')

aged 25 yrs.

his wife and daughter.
