Plaque of three panels in heavy rectangular dark wooden frame 1½ inches thick. On the frame above the panels are the words Roll of Honour / 1914-1918.
The three panels are rectangular with elaborate rounded corners, each is outlined in the shape of the cutout. The two outer ones are larger and bear the names of those who served, listed in two columns. The central smaller panel names those who died, also in two columns. The names are all in sans serif capitals in black with the ranks and regiments in red.
