Memorial Description

Plaque in wood frame 36 inches high x 24 inches wide (906mm x 608mm). The names of the Institute is in a slight arc at the top. The names are listed in two columns divided by a vertical line of chevrons in pale green. The lettering is incised and coloured, the dedication in red Roman capitals, the names are in white Roman capitals.
