Memorial Description

Plaque or irregular shape on wood pattress. There is a border of leaves raised in half relief. On each side is a figure raised in half relief, facing inwards: on the left a kilted soldier bearing a rifle, on the right a lady in draped robes carrying a wreath. The centre panel is roughly like a shield. The names are listed in three columns. Those having a cross beside the name are those who fell in action. Those marked with an asterisk are those who after the war. All lettering is in raised sans serif capitals.
