Memorial Description

Plaque, very plain. At centre top is a cross. The names are listed in a single column, all lettering is in Roman capitals.

Notes

1. According to the Parish Magazine, the memorial included a Garden of Remembrance.

2. The plaque gives “Wm Huddart”, the Parish magazine gives “Wm. Huddert”. CWGC confirms the latter “Huddert” as Sgt. Air Gunner with his home address as “Waterhouse”. The former “Huddart” was a Flight Lieutenant from Australia, and flew with R.A.A.F.
