Memorial Description
Lancet window of single light made with plain glass. Half way down is the badge of the Northumberland Fusiliers. At the foot of the window is a small panel bearing the dedication, made by painting the background black and leaving the lettering in clear glass.
Materials used
Hand made antique plain glass with coloured badge.
Inscription
This window is erected as a thank offering by their Comrades-in-
arms of the Northumberland Fusiliers, sometime prisoners-of
war in the Far East. In memory of Ernest Benjamin Lomas Hart,
killed in France; and of George Davison, Robert Laidler, Frederick
James Nixon, James Ormston, John Stewart and William H. Young
who died while Prisoners-of-War in the hands of the Japanese.
