Unveiled September 1922 by Col. E.P.A. Riddell, DSO, CMG; dedicated by the Lord Bishop of the Diocese.

Memorial Description

Lychgate.
On the front tie beam of the roof the words "Their name liveth for evermore" are incised in Gothic letters, while in a similar position on the back are the words "They are in peace".
Inside are two stone plaques, one on each side. On each the names are listed in two columns, the lettering incised using Roman capitals. The dedication is carried on the top edge of the stones on either side.
