Memorial Description

Roll of Honour in frame 3 feet high x 2 feet wide. At centre top is a black/white photograph of the Club's former premises in Market Place. Top left is a painting of a sailor, with ship in background. To the right is a soldier. Both of these are kneeling, with rifle at the ready. Down each side is a border of leaves inter-twined. At centre bottom is the old badge of Morpeth, encircled by a laurel wreath, with "The Great War" and "1914-1919" on a scroll on either side. At the top, the name of the Club is painted in red letters, and the words "Roll of Honour" are painted in green, with the initial letters in gold. The names are listed in three columns, printed in Roman upper and lower case black letters.
