Unveiled 6th November 1921 by Major Cruddas, D.S.O., Commanding 5th Northumberland Fusilier Depot, Newcastle. Dedicated by Canon Mangin.

Memorial Description

Plaque approx. 2 feet 6 inches high x 3 feet 6 inches wide (762 mm x 1.06 m) with decorated margin of oak leaves and sprigs of acorns on black background. The dates "1915-1918" are at the centre of the bottom border. The names are listed in two columns in Roman capitals.
