Unveiled 6th September 1922 by the 8th Duke of Northumberland. Dedicated by Dr. Wild, Bishop of Newcastle.
Memorial Description
Plaque 36 inches high x 18 inches wide with plain border, which has a bead and reel inner edge. The names are in Roman upper and lower case letters, with the quotation at the end in italics. All lettering is incised and painted black.
