Memorial Description

Plaque. There is a narrow border of a wavy line culminating in roundels at each corner. The words "Heaton United Methodist Church" are incorporated at the top. The names are listed in two columns divided by vertical lines. The letters are in elongated Roman capitals for the dedication and names, and sans serif for the quotation.
