Memorial Description

Plaque. There is a narrow border of a wavy line culminating in roundels at each corner. The words "Heaton United Methodist Church" are incorporated at the top. The names are listed in 6 columns divided by vertical lines. The letters are elongated Roman capitals for the dedication and sans serif lettering for the names.
