Book of Remembrance, quarto size, bound in black leather with a tooled gold cross on the front cover, and gold edges to the leaves. It is on display in a wood case. The front pages are illuminated, and the lists inside are handwritten in black ink.

1. Apart from the title page, this Book is a complete duplicate of the Book kept in St. Andrew's Church, Seaton Hirst (H62.02)

2. The book's dedication says "St.John the Baptist" but the church is dedicated to St.John the Evangelist. The Diocesan website says simply "St.John".
