Memorial Description
Portable Holy Communion set, comprising flagon, 115 mm high with a stopper in the form of a St. Cuthbert’s cross, plus chalice 95 mm high and paten, 90 mm diameter, set into a velvet lined purpose built box. Each piece bears a part of the dedication. In the case of the paten, this is on the underside of the rim. All lettering is in Roman capitals.
