Hall opened August 15th 1953 by Mr Kingsley Longstaff clerk of Castle Ward R.D.C. Hall and Plaque dedicated 20th November 1953 by Rev. Leslie Carr.

Memorial Description

Public hall and playing fields. The hut was originally an old Army hut, which has since been extended.

In the hall is a plaque with a single line white border. The lettering is painted in white serif capitals throughout. The plaque is mounted on an oak pattress.
