Memorial Description

Reredos
Plaque 48 inches high x 27 inches wide with a carved top 4 inches wider. There is a carved border of stylised flowers raised in half relief. The centre panel is sunken with an elaborate edge surround. The dedication is at the top. The names are listed in two columns. All lettering is in Roman capitals.

Designed by Messrs Hicks and Charlewood Newcastle and the work was executed by Mr J. Hedley.

Notes

1. It is feared that the reredos was destroyed as no home could be found for it.

2. 2015 -This plaque is matched by H123.03, and between them is the St. Ignatius Crucifix in the porch area of St. Ignatius.
