Memorial Description

Roll of Honour, total height 4 feet and 28 inches wide, in two parts set in a wood frame with curved top. The top part, 13˝ inches high x 23 inches wide, is of ?bronze and bears the dedication and the names of those who died. There is a wreath at centre top, raised in half relief. The names are listed in three columns. Lettering is in raised Roman capitals.
The lower panel contains a Roll of Honour on paper behind glass. It depicts two side pillared of acanthus leaves supporting a wide top which bears the words “Roll of Honour” on a scroll and the name of the school underneath. At the bottom is the union flag with the words “For Honour and Freedom”. The names are handwritten in four columns using italic script.
