Memorial Description

Roll of Honour on paper, 22 inches high x 21 inches wide. At centre top is a shield with a ribbon bearing the words “His faithfulness and truth / shall be thy shield and buckler”. The words “and Adherents” has been added by hand above the list of names.
The names of those who served are hand written in three columns, the two boxed names are those who fell. At the bottom a prayer has been printed. The roll has the appearance of having been pre-printed.
The whole looks to have been stuck onto a piece of corrugated card.

O Lord of Hosts, stretch forth thine arm to strengthen and protect / our loved ones on land or sea or in the air. Help us and them to see, through all the clouds of war, the vision of Thy peace for which we strive. / Grant to us all self-control and steady purpose that the Kingdom which is not / of this world may be established in the hearts of men everywhere, through / Jesus Christ our Lord Amen.
