Unveiled 03/09/1950 by Capt. T.H. Baker-Cresswell RM of Preston Tower and dedicated by Vicar Rev E.E.B. May.

Memorial Description

Plaque, 2 feet high x 2 feet 6 inches wide, very plain, with a simple beaded edge. The letters are incised and painted blue, using Roman capitals.
