Unveiled 11th November 1921 by Capt. T. Bradford, D.S.O.; dedicated by Dr. Hensley Henson, Bishop of Durham.
Memorial Description
Plaque 11 inches high x 1 foot 4 inches long (279mm x 406 mm) mounted on wood pattress slightly wider all round. There is a border of leaves and stems culminating in a roundel at the corners. Lettering is in black Gothic lower case with red initials.
